Tuesday September 6, 2022 (Miami, Florida): LOW RES, a sculptural tiny home project that was to be a space for creatives WAS STOLEN from Islamorada, FL. I spent 4 years making this space (equipped with solar panels, a shower, a sink, a murphy bed, and tons of knives and survival books).
We are raising money to:
Offer ransom $ to whoever returns the original bunker
To build a new mobile artist residency if LOW RES is never found.
I am saddened by theft as this project was also a survivalist bunker. Did someone steal it knowing what it was? Or were they surprised to see the unconventional interior that is inspired by my sculptures? Who knows.
Anyways, myself and the cops are on the hunt to find this 20ft trailer.

a totally custom interior, solar panels, power convertor, hot water heater, shower, 50-gallon water tank, light kits, air conditioning unit, murphy bed, built-in weapons, a folding bike, books on survivalism and hunting, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, ceramic kitchen sinks, grey water bins, camoflauge wardrobe, art supplies for visitors, locks, an emergency floatation device, and many other cool things.
